Elbow breaker walks free

A Zara security guard who pushed over a Tube worker and broke his elbow after he was caught fare dodging was spared jail. Bajonar Bromfield-Nicol, 23, shoved Gary Dickinson to the ground after the Transport for London employee spotted him ‘double shuffling’ behind another commuter.
