End of career for teacher who sent sex texts

A teacher who gave a pupil the nickname ‘Spazmo’ and sent her text messages mentioning ‘cleavage’ and ‘boobs’ has been banned from the profession. Mark Hewes, 43, sent the inappropriate messages to the 18-year-old while working at Eggbuckland Community College Academy Trust in Plymouth.
