Former hotel boss faces arrest

A former hotel owner accused of cheating the taxman out of more than £400,000 is facing arrest after failing to return to the UK from Germany. Doris Stainer, 58, and husband Michael Stainer, 73, are accused of fiddling HMRC and their employees out of a fortune in unpaid tax while managing The Grand in Folkestone, Kent.
