In court accused of stabbing this teenager to death

A teenage boy accused of stabbing an Afghan refugee to death has been remanded in custody. The 16-year-old, who cannot be named, allegedly knifed Hazrat Wali, 18, during a fight on a footbridge in Twickenham, west London, on 12 October. Mr Wali, a student at Richmond upon Thames College, collapsed on a busy playing field close to his college and died from his injuries.
