Jail for church leader who targeted jobless men at soup kitchens

An elderly church leader who targeted jobless young men for abuse over a 36 year period has been jailed for eight and a half years. John Grant, 77, preacher at the London Baptist Association groomed ‘isolated and unemployed’ men at soup kitchens, Wood Green Crown Court heard today (14 September).
