‘Kids don’t die from Covid’

Children ‘simply do not die of Covid-19’, the Court of Appeal heard. Aviation tycoon Simon Dolan, 51, is trying to win a judicial review against Covid measures introduced on March 26. Dolan, a former racing driver who lives in Monaco, claims education secretary Gavin Williamson should have re-opened schools long before the summer. His lawyer Philip Havers told the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Ian Burnett: ‘As from March 20 schools were closed at 90 per cent of the school population….
