Learner driver guilty of sending ‘ringer’ to test

A learner driver who sent a ‘ringer’ to take his driving theory test was convicted of fraud by a jury after less than an hour. Afghani Hedayatullah Ziarmal, 28, sent an unknown male to fraudulently take a driving test with his provisional driving licence on 3 February this year.
