An entrepreneur once described as ‘one of the 1000 most influential Londoners’ was spared jail today (tues) for running a fine wine investment company while banned. Frederick Uche Achom, 42, acted as the manager of APW Asset Management Limited after he was disqualified from holding UK directorships back in July 2002.
