Pensioner killed his neighbour in row over alleyway

A pensioner stabbed his 72-year-old neighbour to death in a long running battle about their shared alleyway, a court heard. Derrick Brown, also 72, is accused of murdering Richard Brathwaite on Cromwell Road, Wembley, northwest London on 21 March. He is said to have attacked Mr Brathwaite and his wife Annetta Brathwaite, 71, with a large kitchen knife.
