Prison officer Chelsea Kemp has smuggled at three jails

A prison officer who arranged for contraband to be smuggled into three different jails was locked up for eight and a half years. Chelsea Kemp, 32, masterminded the plot to bring drugs into HMP Woodhill, HMP Springhill and HMP Erlestoke between September 2019 and June 2022.
