Self professed property ‘mentor’ faces fraud claims from former franchisees
A long-simmering dispute between a controversial property investor and two women who took over his business is now spilling over in the High Court. Former franchisees Paulene Chalmers and Amanda Jarvis-Doyle of EPP (E&W) Ltd (EPP) allege fraud against Leicestershire-based property investor Frank Flegg in court documents. Flegg denies making any misrepresentation arising from the franchising scheme. Chalmers and Jarvis-Doyle struck a deal in February 2021 to take over his company.
