This terrifying footage shows deranged ‘Hulk’ Nicholas Salvador smashing down garden fences before he beheads gentle pensioner Palmira Silva, 82. He also chopped the heads off two cats with his machete. The cage fighter held up the head of Mrs Silva aloft in triumph to a police helicopter as armed officers desperately scrambled to the scene in Edmonton, north London. Salvador was locked away in Broadmoor for rest of his life.
