  A woman who died in childbirth was ‘passing blood like she was passing urine’ by the time she was admitted for an emergency caesarean, an inquest heard. D’Lissa Parkes, 26, bled to death and oxygen starvation left her daughter S’Riaah with such severe brain damage she is unlikely to ever walk or speak.
