26 years for Bulgarian who tried to murder his partner

A Bulgarian knifeman who tried to murder his former partner in the street was jailed for 26 years. Arif Ahmet Alidov, 51, repeatedly stabbed the woman in Edmonton, north London, before he was tackled by brave members of the public on 30 August 2022.
