Drug nicking nurse booted out of the job

A mental health nurse who stole diazepam and hid a drink-driving conviction from his employer and the NMC has been struck off. Sean Kelly, who worked at Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust, stole a box of 28 5mg diazepam tablets, typically used to treat anxiety, in May 2015, the Nursing and Midwifery Council heard.
