Phisher who spent a fortune at Selfridges faces jail

An internet phisher who spent a fortune at Selfridges as he helped to launder over £1 million is facing jail. Ali Hinedy, 20, was found guilty of conspiring to defraud part of the £1,140,650 scammed out of the accounts of unsuspecting HSBC customers. He spent almost £20,000 on jewellery at the upmarket store, Prospero House court heard.
