Trial for ‘ATM scammer’

A Romanian scammer caught with a ‘cash claw’ which catches bank notes at ATMs had been defrauding Tesco for nine months, a court heard. Ovidiu Raducanu, 36, is said to have targeted the supermarket between November 2019 and August this year.
