An alleged bomber who was arrested after suspicious devices were found at a doctors’ surgery faces trial in January. Ozzie Welsh, 39, is accused of causing an explosion on 28 January this year after a bomb disposal unit was called to Boughton Surgery in the quiet Norfolk Village.
