Bombing at the surgery

An alleged bomber who was arrested after suspicious devices were found at a doctors’ surgery faces trial in January. Ozzie Welsh, 39, is accused of causing an explosion on 28 January this year after a bomb disposal unit was called to Boughton Surgery in the quiet Norfolk Village. He is also charged with having an explosive substance, namely potassium nitrate and sulphur, after his home in Feltwell was searched. Bald Welsh appeared at the Old Bailey from Norwich prison today…
