Death bus driver faces retrial

An Albanian bus driver accused of killing a property executive by dangerous driving outside London Victoria Station is facing a retrial. Mirsime Berisha, 49, was said to have made a ‘simple mistake’ of confusing her pedals when she applied ‘maximum acceleration’ and fatally struck 56-year-old Kathleen Finnegan.
