An alleged killer charged with murdering a woman at her apartment 21 years ago has been remanded in custody. Michael Weir, 52, is accused of killing Rose Seferian at her home at Marlborough Court, Kensington, west London, on 9 April 1998. Weir appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ court via video link and spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth. No more details of the killing were given during the brief hearing.
