Mobile phone phisher walks free

A computer whizz kid who created a copy of a mobile network website to defraud potential customers has walked free with a 15 month suspended sentence. Kevin Biduaya, 20, created a website resembling the official site of phone network 3 and sent links to the site in texts to potential victims in a “smishing” attack.
