Prince Harry may have to put his hand in his pocket to pay the £34.5m costs of his failed hacking case which will not be covered by the insurance he and his celebrity friends took out, the High Court heard. Lawyers for Associated Press are asking for their costs to be paid at a higher rate after they claimed Harry’s side had ‘abused their celebrity status’ to pursue a case against the Daily Mail which was ‘well outside the law’….
