An illegal immigrant who killed his flatmate after serving a murder sentence in Romania has been jailed for a minimum of 27 years. Eugeniu Neamtu, 59, lied on his six month tourist visa to get into country in May of 2023, four months after he had been released from a 15 year sentence in Romania.
