‘Russian spies’ accused of torching Ukranian business in court

An alleged Russian spy accused of trying to burn a Ukrainian-owned business to the ground with four other men has appeared in court. Dylan Earl, 20, volunteered to undertake missions for the Russian backed Wagner Group, it is claimed. He is the first person to be charged under the new National Security Act brought in last year to target those working secretly for hostile states within the UK.
