Smuggler caught with £500k of pot will be out in less than nine months

A woman who returned from a ‘free holiday’ in Thailand with more than half a million pounds of cannabis in her luggage has been jailed for 25 months. Amy Jayne Durban, 45, was arrested at Heathrow Airport after Border Force officers found two suitcases stuffed with 51.2 kilos of weed worth at least £512,000 on 6 July this year.
