A French waitress caused £80,000 of damage at Nike Town has walked free from court after claiming her drink must have been spiked. Jessica Kasri, 28, smashed a window and video screen with a metal road sign at the flagship store in Oxford Steet last September. Kasri appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court to admit criminal damage but deny the scale of the destruction alleged by the prosecution.
