£500k fine for firm after four workers die

A company who owned the site where four labourers were crushed to death under 13 tonnes of steel was fined £500,000. Daniel Hazelton, 30, his brother Thomas Hazelton, 26, died with Adam Taylor, 28, and Peter Johnson, 42, when a pressure testing collapsed at Claxton Engineering in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
