City workers ‘partially blinded man at Bank station’
Four City workers accused of launching out a random attack at a Tube station must wait two and a half years to stand trial, a court heard. Vasyl Pylypiuk was left partially blind after the alleged assault at Bank Underground Station on 11 December last year. Wiliam Perfect, 26, of Hornchurch, Essex, admitted inflicting grievous bodily harm on Mr Pylypiuk and a further count of affray at Inner London Crown Court. He will be sentenced at a later date.
