He mowed down cop

A driver who ploughed into a policeman and carried him on the bonnet of his car has been jailed for three years. Nsimba Malungo, 29, fled when he was pulled over by the Met’s Taskforce on the junction between the A12 and Ley Street in Ilford on Monday 20 April.
