Luggage thieves came to UK because ‘that’s where the money is’
A gang of Algerian luggage thieves who pinched more than £680,000 worth of luggage from wealthy rail passengers had come to the UK because ‘that’s where the money is,’ a court heard. Abu Dhabi royals –Roda Al Nahyan, her mother Shamsa, and Najla Al Qubaisi – had arrived at London St Pancras via the Eurostar when three suitcases were taken from a taxi on October 16 last year.
