Russian law joy at the High Court

A bitter dispute involving two oligarchs has descended into a protracted argument about Russian law. Lolita Danilina parted from Vladimir Chernukhin, 49, in 2007 and has since joined forces with rival oligarch Oleg Deripaska, who has an estimated worth of £2.5billion.
