Warehouse manager helped himself to police uniform

A warehouse manager who helped himself to Met Police equipment including a uniform has been let off with a fine. David Rocker, 57, was detained by security at Heathrow Airport after he tried to pass through security with an extendable baton, Uxbridge Magistrates Court heard. Officers searched his home and discovered three hi-viz vests bearing the Met Police logo, stab vest and two Met badges.
